Good attempt but one piece of advice think before shooting anything on the forum.
Keep trying you will surely improve. Before putting anything for public view check it out with some of your well-meaning mentors as dont forget noone knows you personally; they will only come to know you through your displays and create a perception of you in their minds. Pl do not take this as a discouragement or fault-finding exercise but trust you will accept it as a constructive criticism. This is coming from someone with over three decades as an HR professional. Pl do continue posting but try to improve everytime.
Well done.
Regards,
UG

Umesh,
The content and presentation is quite ordinary. As opined by our friend UG, please keep improving. As much as we come out, as much as the learning - irrespective of the criticisms.
Best of luck my friend.

Dear Umesh,

Unlike others I am not going to compliment you on your presentation nor just criticise. I will ask you few questions which may help you in clarifying your objective.

If we may, we would like know what you do and where (in which industry) and how much experience you have in making presentations? The last question is to ensure that we are not preaching to an expert.

I am not clear about the objective of the presentation. I was taught that every presentation should start with a statement of the outcome of a presentation, when participants take an active part. Then say what one wanted to say, and finally conclude witha statement of what was said.

In my presentations (I have attached on on Research Methodology at CiteHR), I tend not to do conclude but request the participants to do so.

Somwang has given a good framework in the form of a "mindmap" which I suggest you use to improve the content.

Have a lovely day.

Dear Umesh, I Agree with Simhan sir. To me the presentation seems a bit confusing, but as we all learn with every of our action I am sure u will also keep on improving. Regards Shree

It would be more useful if respondents could say what is GOOD about the presentation and/or what needs to be done to improve it. Have a nice day. Simhan
