We are looking for Training Partners to outsource our Training Process. The process includes Sales Skills, Soft Skills, Tele Sales Skills, Communication Skills, and more. Simultaneously, we expect our training partner to be responsible for the performances. We offer very attractive payouts.
Our current Sales Conversion rate is 1.00% for one of our manufactured products, and we aim to increase it to 1.5%. Even with a 0.5% increase, the training partner will receive around Rs. 47,000 INR per month. Below is the payout structure.
