Hi Thaneshwari,
Please provide the attribute for all the departments in which they are suppose to be assessed. I am not sure about the IT team, whether it is based on "On Time Delivery", "Error Free Delivery", etc. Again you also need to mention whether the BPO process, whether it is inbound or outbound.
Please let is know, so that we would be able to comment better.
