Dear Usha,
Human Capital, Think HR, HRAbstracts, Labour Law Reporter, and HRD Update are some of the good monthly journals and magazines with respect to Indian Context.
You can get the details of the above from the internet.

Dear all!
1) I am sorry but I am not inclined into this idea of regular HR magazine.
2) To me this forum is already more than sufficient. It gives everybody an opportunity to share variety of topics without limits provided it is within the bounds good ethics and professionalism.
3) With this current format, we all enjoy the freedom and unlimited and unbounded network of genuine ideas and experiences from sincere and unselfish members. This format promotes equality. Grammar is not a constraint.
4) There are more than enough materials about the subject already available in the net. All we need is little resourcefulness.
5) I am only speaking for myself.
Best regards,

Dear All,
It's a welcome attempt keep referring to HR (for that matter any subject) magazines, case laws, articles, commentary, opinions etc. This should be a habit, it will help to update our knowledge base, face problems confidently, advise the needy to the extent possible and so on. Knowledge gained never go vain. Participating in this Forum, no doubt helps but not all the subject matters are raised as a query. Especially basics are frequently asked what happens to peculiar situations ? There are also some queries one may feel not to share with others in which case one has to seek elsewhere. Nothing wrong one has access to materials as a ready reckoner for immediate use. So keep searching.
All the best.

As suggested by our learned friend Mr.Varghese,it is advisable to subscribe for CLR i.e Current Labor Reports published by Labor Law Agency ,Tardeo Mumbai 400034. Once you subscribe they give you a password which will give you access to their cite.Regards.
