Is this correct if we mentioned this point in HR Manual for our company that Any Employee will find out on misconduct or misbehaviour we can terminate himher without giving notice period we can terminate After three warning we can terminate immedietely Kindly confirm

I agree with Mr. Amit for employees under probationary period...In case of Confirmed employees, it also depends upon the clauses mentioned in the appointment letter of the employee..

I agree mr. amit but one thing is major problem that if any employee has signed already on appointment letter where already mentioned the Office timings of 9:00 TO 6:00 then how he can lift the objection on timings however he or she had already signed post read appointment letter. please clarify.
