Dear Monika,
as per Maternity benefit act 1961 the - the female is entitled to take leave for 12 weeks i.e. 6 weeks before the delevery and 6 weeks after the deleivery, but the female employe is entitle for getting the maternity benefit act if she has completed her 160 days in that company in a year.
work timings- after delevery the female is also entitle to get 2 more 30 minutes break to take care of the kid,
general timings for female should be in between - 7.00 am to 9.00 pm , no one female will work after 9.00 pm till 7.00 am
