My company deducted Rs. 300 every month in my salary as a Bonus, after that all collected amount give me every year in As a Bonus. Kindly give me the information about Bonus is Company Payable or Deducted in My salary.

Dear Riya's,
Bonus is an allowance, its not a deduction.
Payment of Bonus is a mandatory as per the Payment of Bonus Act 1965,
Min Bonus is 8.33% on salary
Max Bonus is 20% on salary
Here salary means = Basic + DA + Retaining Allowances etc
Hence, your employer shall not deduct Rs 300/- from your monthly salary. Just check with HR Team in your company.
Check Whether that deduction is pertaining to which head.......?

Regarding bonus the company has to give the bonus based on the profits incurred to the company.Not from the salary deductions from the employees.U just ask your hr regarding this issue.
