I have recently started using this site,i find it very useful as the things i am not aware or dont know i come to knw through this...thanks to all the people here who share there knowledge with everyone...just wanted to know is there any group can be made where we can get to know more about people or something could be asked or shared from a particular area like Hr ka alag or marketing ka something...

I appreciate that you found CiteHR to be rational and encouraging. However, this is not only meant for HR's, anyone from any areas can post and laypeople from this site will definitely respond to queires. Nevertheless, if you see CiteHR is hence modified TO PEOPLE & HR.
When you actually login you also find the knowldege base where you could congregate info. You could make much use of this site to extract the best in a row. The best part I have seen here is you can also make peers from the humor section.
Gratify the fullest use of citeHR and post if you look forward for any add-ons to our moderators. Hope you look into an ardent trip here.
