Hi Guys, :D

Can anyone help me by suggesting an answer to my query regarding the various formalities for relieving a person from an organization, such as providing them with an Experience and Relieving letter? Besides this, what else should be considered? I also want to know what various things we should ask the employee who is leaving their current organization to surrender.

Looking forward to the reply :D

Hi,

Along with providing the experience letter and relieving letter, we also handle other formalities. We prepare the full and final settlement. Before this, we conduct an exit interview with the employee.

In the Full & Final settlement, we calculate the payable amount, deduct the applicable amount, and then pay them. This includes leave encashment and notice period recovery if not served.

Hi,

Along with providing the experience letter and relieving letter, we also handle other formalities. We prepare the full and final settlement and conduct an exit interview with the employee before this process.

In the Full & Final settlement, we calculate the payable amount, deduct any applicable amounts, and then disburse the remaining sum. This includes aspects such as leave encashment and recovering the notice period if not served.
