I also searched on Google but was not able to find any relevant information. It was only because it was published in the local Hindi newspaper that we were able to come to know about the incident. Otherwise, we may not have even been aware of it.
The sharing of a learning culture is either non-existent or very minimal, one might say, among Indian industries.
