We have IT company and shops and establishment act is applicable so i want to know that employee after 1 year Confirmation eligible for yearly 24 leaves so how it is distribute monthly ,

Actually we calculate it on bases 24 days in year ,
12 Paid leave ,
6 Sick Leave ,
6 Casual Leave .
But actually it is applicable on confirm employee only.
And how it is applicable Actually on permanent employee .
So , how can and in which scenario confirm employee can use this Leaves during year .

I have made an excel sheet for all these querry ,pls go through it ,it will automatically calculate ( by default ) Also manually ,leaves day ,
