Mr. C Chandrasekaran comes with 14 years of experience in HR working for diverse sectors like Manufacturing, IT, IT Education, Oil & Gas. He presently works for AM International Holdings (India) Pvt. Ltd, the holding company of SPIC Group of Companies. In his current assignment, Chandru provides strategic support to the Group on Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HRIS and HR Automation. In his past assignments, he was associated with companies like Aptech, Cairn Energy, Virtusa & Nagarjuna Oil Corporation. Chandru holds a graduation in Political Sciences and is a Masters in Social Work from MSSW
