I want to calculate sales incentive for field force on monthly basis n I am already create targets, please create one incentive calculation format for me, our calculation criteria is:
if achieve 100% we give 3/- for 1 unit
if achieve 90% we give 2/- for 1 unit
if achieve 80% we give 1.5/- for 1 unit

As far i understand your need, i have made a sheet of it, month wise as well as total of all months sheet. Hope, it will fulfill your need, if not can ask for more.

Thanks for the Sheet Its helpful for me but can you insert slab wise incentive coz in the sheet calculate incentive only fix percentage like 80% 90%
but if any person achieve 85% or 81.5% then our sheet calculate 0/- incentive please do some about this
can you put formula for the same
like: if achieve under 79% calculate 0/-
If achieve 79.5 to 89.5% calculate 1/- per unit
If achieve 89.5 to 99.5% calculate 2/- per unit &
if achieve 99.5 to above then calculate 3/- per unit
please change some formula if possible..

Hi Nitesh, I need help with the below as I am applying for a job and have received an assessment.
The requirement is as follows: Cleaners earn a base bonus amount according to their status. Additionally, they earn a certain amount for each 5-star rating they receive and lose a certain amount for each 1 or 2-star rating they receive. There are other constraints to consider, which you can find in the sheet named Incentive Plan.
I have attached the Excel file with the details, and I need to calculate incentives and bonuses based on the criteria mentioned above.
