Dear Ajay,
As per Factory Act EL/CL rules:
Earned leave mean =20 actual working days then you will get One Earn leave. You will Earn 15 leaves in a year. Accordingly: One year=365days- 52Weekly off- 8 Holidays= 305 days/20= Approx. 15 EL in a year.
Casual Leave= As per factory act Casual number of Leave= 7 nos in a year and you will avail 2 nos. of leave on quarterly basis.

you are in service industry located in gujrat.please refer shop and establishment act of gujrat where clearly defined the number of leaves
