Hi all,
I have to make the salary break up for the CTC of Rs. 2,85,000 and Rs. 3,60,000.
I need to figure out the components of the break up and the in hand.
I need your help, if someone can explain or perhaps share a format on excel.
PS: PF is not applicable

see it depends upon Ur company's policies
generally ctc is divided into salary and benefits
SALARY includes Ur fix pay, house rent, travelling n conveyance, accommodation, other allowances
BENEFITS includes gratuity, ESIC, PF, medical benefits etc
So u just check it out what benefits ur company provides and the sector in which it is working

Dear DAKSHA,
Greetings for the day!
CTC break up generally depends upon company's policies and its components may change.
You may divide CTC as under:
Basic Salary : 30% - 40% of CTC
Other Benefits : 70% - 60% of CTC (i.e. fixed benefits + benefits in % of Basic Salary)

Hi Daksha, why dont you go to reSearch or at the side bar for related material for discussion which already has taken place here and also containing many example that you can use and get your answer yourself. I believe that would be the best and easy option for you.
