Dear Seniors,
Need your guidance to clear my doubt regarding c-off adjustment. We have weekly off on Sunady & we are having policy to deduct any holiday/weekly off, in case employee have taken leave before & after holiday. Our one of the employee have taken LWP on Saturday, Sunday & Monday. He has submitted his c-off adjustment form for Saturday & Monday. My question is, he will get Sunday as paid day or it will be deductible.
Kindly revert with your comments. Thanks in advance.

Hi satish It depends on the company policy. Some companies consider it as a loss of pay some don’t. It’s better you contact your senior in the company.

Dear Mr Satish,
Sunday is considered as Paid day in every Salary processing. So there is no question of deduction. Each employee gets a salary of 30/31 days in which all Sunday/s of the month is already included. So,If your company policy is not following the same then your company is breaking Labor laws also.Kindly get it rectified.
