I am working in a new company in the Beverage Industry as Manager-HR. It is a sales-focused organization. I have to initiate the performance appraisal and management system here. Can anyone tell me what the steps are to be followed for initiating the same in my company? Kindly explain it from step 1 as I am not even familiar with its basics.

    I am attaching the KRA Presentation that I created for my previous organization. This presentation should guide you on how to navigate through the entire system.

    1. Conduct research on the industry and the company.

    2. Meet with senior management to grasp the organization's goals in terms of business, financial performance, and growth.

    3. Engage with the Team heads to comprehend their roles as you will be formulating goals/KRAs for their teams.

    4. Interact with the teams to understand their roles and responsibilities, segregate them into productive and non-productive activities.

    5. Combine routine and relevant activities (KPIs) to establish a KRA.

    6. Refine the KRA with the team heads.

    7. Finalize the evaluation process, set targets, conduct reviews, and outline the reward and increment mechanisms.
