You can plan:
1. Birthday Anniversary Bashes on the last Saturday at the end of the month.
2. Employees of the Month - Best employees based on performance.
3. Plan a picnic for employees.
4. Training programs may be internal or external based on gap analysis (need identification).
5. For business point of view, you can create a database of the number of employees in the department with their CTC and work on productive and non-productive employees.
6. Create a second-line project, i.e., if Employee X is an active employee, there should be a replica from the team to help move him into higher positions and develop the existing department.
7. You can conduct an Employee Satisfaction Survey.
