I am a new member of Cite HR. I have an interview in few days please tell me what could be the best example or you can share your experience on Internal Customer Service where you have taken an initiative to solve a complex query from your colleague. It can be related to any department of HR like Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development etc.

i have four years of experience working in India in HR generic profile
now i have migrated to Australia, here in my last interview interviewer asked me this question but in feedback i got to know that they expect some complex situation. form your experience i can prepare my answer to such question. kindly share your experience if you have faced any query where you took initiative and provide a solution to the employee as an HR
