My compliments to you for making a very good presentation. As I read through it a couple of times, I could visualize the five basic features propounded by Daniel Goleman: Self-Awareness, Self-Control, Motivation, Empathy, and Socializing. The visuals also give a good, sober feeling.

I read the PowerPoint presentation you shared. What you have presented is extremely simple for those who understand. Those who comprehend probably already do 80% of these things and are actively engaged. However, for those who do not prioritize these actions based on their own understanding of their importance, it is challenging to make them grasp the significance of these practices, let alone persuade them to implement them. There are only a few individuals who make an effort to understand and then put those learnings into practice.
I appreciate you sharing this with everyone. It prompted me to reflect on how many of these practices I currently follow and those that you recommend.

Emotions are many. They have a complex impact on the psyche, so there cannot be any simple ways to achieve good emotional health.
On the other hand, if the ways were 'simple,' the discussants must have already put them into practice in life by now. Will they please share their beneficial experiences to encourage the remaining community members?

All of us know smoking is bad, yet some people smoke. We all know exercise is good. How many of us do it regularly?
