1) Customer Service: "Remember Me", "Give 'em a Pickle"
2) Teamwork: "Remember the Titans" (movie)
3) Interviewing: "More Than a Gut Feeling"
4) Negotiation/Leadership: "12 Angry Men", "Lance Armstrong"
5) Motivation: "Pygmalion Effect", "Miracle Man"

Hi Ken,
There is this video called "Communication Intelligence: Business Etiquette" which, when shown during training, has proved to be very rewarding. The only difference is that since it is American, it has some cultural tones that do not match our requirements.
During training, it might be a good idea to have an activity where they are asked about the diversity and multicultural impacts on Business Etiquette in India.
