Hi Leena:
I would suggest you do one of the DISC Certifications. I am a certified Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst(CPBA). The advantage of such a certification, is not only that you get the required knowledge also some tools/activities as part of the course content. e.g. for sales, for interviews, for any strategic communication.
Two Consultancies that I know do the same are Thomas International and Turning Point Consultancy. You could approach the same for the certifications or further information.

Thanks a ton.. i will definately get in touch with both the consultancies as even i am keen to do.
Can i request you to please suggest me some activties which can be conducted with the theme of DISC personalities.. i got couple of them from google..
Also as an HR to motivate our sales team i want to conduct competitions like educator of the month.. or Team player of the month...
