This is sunil from Hyd, i am working as asst. manager- hr. in a training provider company. my query is that our employee strength is less than 20. so i want to know that is it menditory to register in pf, esic and Shop & establishment licence. what is the procedure to obtain pf, esic and shop & establishment licence.

Hi Sunil Its mandatory to register with Shops & Commercial establishment even if employement strength is 1. for ESI & PF based on the nature of business it is 10 or 20
