I have recently completed my MBA(HR) and joined as HR Trainee in an automobile company to get some experience. I just want to know which are areas should i look to ,which will help me in future too.

You should adhere to one particular area and shall gain expertise in what you are? Automobile Industry is a huge Industry so you shall always opt for the mechanism that is required to survive in an automobile industry. As an instance, Germany & US are the best example to gain this kinda technical mechanism. Apart from Automobile industry one have an option to move to Electronics & Communication Sector or IT may be.
IT has always been an evergreen field and would be in future. Likewise, you shall gain knowledge on how to use AUTO CAD on which one can create vehicle design, it's spares parts shape too because Automobile industry needs that kind of talent and skills. Similarly there are different software's which is used by different company, technology differs from country to country.

This is your first job, so i will suggest you to not to focus on a particular fields, this is your learning time. do all the job given to you. it will help you to understand HR profile in a depth manner.
There are many fields in HR, as time passes by ypu will automatically understand in which domain you are best.
