Good Evening.
Sharing with you all a presentation on employee engagement.
Once I happen to meet amazing 2 individuals who are IIT alumni and after their retirement from corporate world have started NGO call SEEMA where children from less privilege class are being taken care of.
One fine day , a thought came across that why not celebrate regular Employee of the Month with these children.
It was to inculcate the feeling among employees to care about the worlds outside their domain.
Aftermath this amazing experience of us , I shared this moment with my store
preparing musical presentation of the event as well as the video that we shot.
Sharing with you all the mystic and magical joy that we all felt.
Also I am posting Community connect that was started to know better the local community where we have our business.
Posted also is a simple game that employees played. The remarkable thing I got out from that game was it created a bridge between employees from all across departments.
