I switched from Finance to HR without any formal training. Thereafter I have done some training but I have yet to practically implement ideas or actually initiate all the required processes in HR department. So may be it is asking too much, but can somebody send me some basic formats of all the reports which any decent company can intoduce in its HR department. I have always worked in the construction industry and I know the forms may vary between different industries, but I want some general/common forms.
