Mr. Nayak,

Greetings of the day!

I would suggest that you implement the following strategy in your corporate office:

1) Incorporate or implement CUG (Corporate User Group) post-paid plan which is best suited for your organization. Call various telecommunication service providers such as Vodafone, Airtel, Reliance, BSNL, etc., to obtain the most suitable offer from them. Study their comparative offers and network services. Within the CUG, all users get free services within the same zone/circle. For example, in the WB Zone, within the West Bengal circle, CUG users can talk to each other at no additional cost, eliminating the need for landline services. This can significantly reduce corporate telephone bills.

2) Set the mobile reimbursement limit based on business requirements and employee grade. Distribute a circular regarding the CUG offer among your employees, outlining its usage limits and reimbursement procedures.

How to Cut Mobile Costs:

1- Provide Group/Corporate User SIM (All SIMs in the group are free under a fixed cost).
2- Block STD outgoing calls.
3- Block GPRS, MMS, EDGE, or other Value-Added Services.
4- Set a fixed outgoing call limit.
5- Monitor users exceeding the set limit, review their performance, and assess their contribution to the company. If no valid reason is found, deduct the extra amount from their salary. Display the deductions on a notice board.

Hi,

You can use the CUG plan for local/national calls. You can set fixed monthly entitlements based on designation. You should prepare a mobile policy. If an employee exceeds the allotted talk time, you should deduct the extra amount from their next month's salary.
