I know about how to deduct PF & ESI as salary deductionS.
But please let me know
1)How does this PF & ESI amount should be sent to the Concerned offices?
2)How can an employee withdraw his/her PF amount?
3)If an employee has to take loan on PF how can it be done?
4)I came to know that employees can check their PF amount from a website if any one knows that please let me know.
5) How can an employee get his ESI card?

More over I have another issue......
actually one of my friend is eagerly waiting to check her PF amount.
She has worked in Hyderabad 5 years before and left to Bangalore.
Now she want to with draw that PF amount or at least know how much amount is credited in her PF.Account
By what time she can withdraw.
We have submitted the required documents in that old company (i think in Nov-2011) and they told us that the amount will be credited in her account after 6 months.
But till date we don't have any response neither from that old company nor from the PF office.
We would like to help her.
How can it be done through online system. Does she have any chance to check her amount through online system
