The one who "does what he/she loves" will dedicate his/her time to it the most (even if it has OT or not).
The one who "loves what he/she does" will make up his/her mind to do it even if it's not like the no. 1 type. However, he/she is still quite okay to work overtime.
The one who doesn't do what he/she loves nor loves what he/she does has fallen into the 30%.
