I am currently learning in an MBA program, but I am not familiar with Human Resource policies. I am from Myanmar, Southeast Asia, and I am lacking in understanding of HR planning. I am endeavoring to study the HR policies of various companies. I kindly request all of you to assist me by sharing the policies you have.

Dear Friend,
Join a company and get a "job" first and fast. Of course, don't take any job that comes. Understand the job description and see if it matches your aptitude. You will learn from experience.
Also, you can research on CiteHR, which has loads of information posted by many experts.
All the best.

Hi Mr/Mrs Buzz,
HR stands for Human Resources, which essentially refers to the aspect of being human from a resource perspective. I am not sure about your reference to "poor HR." Myanmar does not have a poor HR situation, but the majority of companies in Myanmar may not fully understand the value of HR.
I believe that Myanmar's companies will come to realize the importance of HR in the near future as they encounter more competition in the market. Being a student at MBS, you may have knowledge of HRM, and HR policies should be formulated based on HR philosophy and current circumstances. The concept of poor HR is unlikely to exist in Myanmar.
FYI.
