I working in food Company witch is out of ESI coverage area.pls guide me what is the responsibility of Employer as per rule and humanity ground when his employee is meet accident in factory or Ill.

Dear Puneet,
The Workmen's Compensation act is applicable if the ESI is not coverage means. According to this Act, If personal injury is caused to a workman by accident arising out of and in the course of his employment, his employer shall be liable to pay compensation.

You can also cover your employees under Group personal accident policy only inside the factory or both under any national insurance companies to get leave wages and death insurance coverage and also part payment of medical bills
