FIRO-B measures your interpersonal expertise in terms of inclusion, control, and affection. It has not been widely used in India as most companies have focused purely on competency mapping. I hope my friends here may consider implementing it if they like the concept.

- What do they mean by a score range of 0-9? How does that come?

I have been using the FIRO-B test for many years and have found it very useful in interpreting the interpersonal relationship needs of people. I have not come across any other test with such reliability and close validity for testing interpersonal relations, except for the one developed by Prof. Udai Pareek. Thanks for posting such a nice topic.

I am looking for a company dealing in psychometric tests that can provide me with a Firo-B test assessment for a group of 20 employees. I spoke to Mafois, but they are very expensive. Meritrac does not provide the Firo-B test. Do you know of any other companies?
