I have 3.6 years of experience in HR Generalist. I have 3 years of on-roll experience and 6 months of off-roll (third-party payroll) experience in a reputed MNC company. I am looking to pursue an Executive MBA or part-time MBA. Which one is better for me to switch jobs for improved prospects, salary, and responsibilities? Please suggest whether an Executive MBA or part-time MBA would be more suitable for me.

Knowledge imparted in an MBA program extends to developing managerial skills for candidates. These skills provide the essentials for dealing with real-time situations related to management and problem resolution. You are not only equipped to enact a managerial role but also facilitated in grasping the core responsibilities of your organization.

A full-time MBA is the best. If it's not possible (as it seems so in your case), the second option should be a part-time MBA/eMBA where you get to interact with other students face to face. If that too is not possible, then the third option should be an online MBA as the interaction part would be missing or minimal.

The pecking order has to be Full Time > Part Time > Online.
