Dear Members,

I have more than 3 years of experience in HR but haven't done an MBA. Now I'm planning to pursue an MBA in HR, preferably a part-time MBA or an executive MBA. I came across a few institutes offering similar courses, but I'm confused about whether part-time would be a better option or an executive MBA. Also, I have come across a satellite course offered by XLRI through NIIT and an executive MBA offered by Symbiosis (lectures on Sat/Sun). Are these kinds of executive courses good and can be helpful?

I require your valuable suggestions and recommendations from you guys.... Hope I will get some solution on this.

Regards,

Hi Anu,

Thank you for your email. My suggestion is to pursue an Executive MBA because certain MNC companies do not accept part-time MBAs, but they do accept Executive MBAs. For example, TCS accepts Executive MBAs only from specific colleges, so make sure you enroll in a recognized institution.

Please let me know if you need any further information.

Thank you.
