I wanted to know the minimum wages to be paid according to the state, whether it is based on the place of the employer (Delhi) or the location of work (U.P.). Please also provide me with the guidelines explaining the same.

Minimum Wages to be paid as per location or work where the workmen actually deployed as Mimimum Wages at Delhi is different then UP. The workmen needs to be governed under the UP Minimum Wages Act.
