For a new factory, the following certificates are required:

1) Certificate of Incorporation
2) Factory Drawings Approval
3) Factory Licence
4) Pollution Control Board Consent
5) Non-Agriculture Land Approval
6) State Electricity Board - Load Sanction Letter
7) Memorandum of Articles + Memorandum of Association
8) Company PAN Card
9) Process Flow Diagram
10) Input Material List + Finished Product List
11) Hazardous Waste/Material, if any, and provision for disposal of such material
12) Local Authority Approval to set up plant/industry
