Dear Dipil, Raghu, and Manoj Prasad,
Thank you, Dipil and Raghu, for the guidance. As per the IEA, industries have to notify the Electrical Inspector in case of any accidents (electrical accidents). If you read pages 67 and 68 of EA2003 uploaded by Raghu, the safety instructions are given there. It will be good to have a checklist like what Dipil has given; however, add the accident clause to it.
Please note that the Energy Conservation Act is also applicable to some specific categories of industries. Under this act, the Intensive Energy Consuming Industries have to appoint an Energy Manager, conduct energy audits, and implement actions after the audits. The cumulative checklist, if prepared, shall be an advantage to the industry.
Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir
