Please help me with how to measure the motivation level of the employees in our company. Could anyone provide me with a questionnaire for assessing motivation and also a calculation sheet? Your assistance is urgently needed as my company has tasked me with this measurement, and I currently have no idea where to obtain the necessary materials. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
