I am undertaking an industry survey of IT companies for the Background verification checks done for employees.
Help me with the following information with the name of the organization
Name of the organization : ......................
1. What verifications / checks are undertaken in the background verification of employees?
2. Are the background verification checks same for all levels of employees (executive / manager / AGM / DGM etc.) ? If no, what is the difference?
3. Are the background verification checks different for different departments, critical positions (like Finance / HR) or functions? If yes, what is the difference?
4. Does the company undertake to verify all existing and new employees?
