Besides 360 degree format, I would like you to suggest an other practical method for performance appraisal.
Follow the steps:
- Prepare JDs of each position
- develop Key performance areas (KPA) of each position.
- Assign each KPA some weightage (According to its importance)
- Make standards of each assigned weightage
- Then conduct a performance appraisal according to these assigned KPAs.
