Hi, this is Arunprasad. Newly joined as an Executive HR with an MSW qualification. I have a query: what are the salary breakups, and on which days should we put attendance for on-roll employees? Could you please explain what is meant by the probationary period? Could someone guide me for my growth in this company?

You get paid for the entire month, including weekly offs. Hence, the days in a month are classified as Working Days and Weekly-Offs.
Probationary Period is a testing period for both you and the company. Therefore, if you or the company are not happy with one another, you can separate without much hassle. Companies provide certain benefits only to those employees who have completed the probationary period, as these require a lot of investment from the company's point of view.
