Hi All,
I am working in MNC as Trainee Engineer which has only sales office in India.I have only offer letter with me in which it has mention Stipend of 12000 for one year it has also mention the post is purly temprary, expence incured by company when am in duty.
So they are not providing pay silp.I want to know that if I leave the company then can I show my Bank statement to new employer. And also is it possible that an MNC can appoint candidate like this.

No one gives salary slip for stipend. Stipend is not considered as Salary. It is to cover the day-to-day cost of a trainee, such as traveling, food, study material etc.
Yes, you can show your Bank Statement as a proof of your income.
