At present I am working as a HR Executive in a placement agency.And we are having tie-up with Degree & Engg colleges in and around Vizag.
And now the time has come,we are planning to conduct placement drives.We are having good contacts with some local companies and they are willing to participate in the drives.But we need some MNC companies who need huge resources.So,can you suggest me how to approach MNC companies and how to convince them to join with us in the drives
