Dear Akhilesh,

Kaizen means improvement. It's a Japanese word. Especially, TPM certified companies use this word in their establishment for any betterment or improvement. Improvement in the working atmosphere, workplace, cleanliness, hygiene, modification, alteration, etc. We can use the word kaizen.
