MIS stands for Management Information system
There is no specifc or fixed format for the report
Generally it is the collection of vital informations of all important datas
It differs from Company to company.
In some companies all major Dept are making MIS report for their dept and submit it to Execution officer
In some companies , only the HR dept prepares and present it to Highest Head
As MIS report defers from company to company and dept to dept , you have to draft it of your own, what are all the basic needs of a report either you need dept wise or a general one, and who is going to prepare the same
Check it out with your concern and design it accordingly
