Dear HR Gurus,
i have one query that how to calculate Gratuity in employee CTC mean how to find out monthly Gratuity.
second thing that if company add gratuity on employee CTC and employee not complete gratuity period mean 5 years than,for example one employee worked with company 4.5 years than what is the status of his gratuity .......???

Dear Dev,
You can take the 4.81%(5%) of Basic Salary to calculate the monthly gratuity of the employee.
Second is, if a person is not working in an organization for complete 5 years he can not get the gratuity amount means his Gratuity amount will lapsed automatically.
