Thanks for responding. Sorry, I could not response early because of other assignment which is not related to this subject. I have given some responsibilties to explore other PSU's policies so that our rules & polies can be made more systematic. We have "Reward & Recognition" policy. To make it more effective & realistic, I want to see the other PSU policies. Apart from this, I have given another responsibility to frame guideline for Foreign Tour of our Chief Executive and Directors. If you have some idea and points how to regulate un necessary expenditure in this regards, pl send in return mail.
