Dear Seniors,
One of our Company Apprentice (Workman Catg.) has committed indiscipline (during his training period itself) with his shop supervisor. He was suspended,domestic enquiery was conducted, charges were proved, Mgmt has given him warning letter and now a days he is working in the orgn.
We wish to extend his training by 6 months from back date i.e. Oct. 2011.
Requested to please suggest extension of training letter, legally.

You know the facts of the case very well. You should try writing the letter on your own. If you don't attempt then how will you improve your drafting skills? Some senior like me will correct it.
