Thanks for sharing this material. It is very informational. I had a few questions though. If a foreign national comes to India on a visit visa and then plans to settle in India with employment what does one do in such a case and how does one manage such a senario?
What does the national do to secure employment in India? This is a true life senario which I had with one of my foreign friends who had come to visit me from the United States and was planning to settle in India based on a personal relationship she was perusing for more than 4 years. She wanted to seek employment and settle here with her spouse as it was not possible for the gentleman to leave the country.
