Dear Harish,
First of all, you have to meet with your HR Head. In case he has refused your request, then you have to submit your concern to your labor inspector with a copy of the appointment letter and resignation letter.

Sir, I have met with the HR Head and my Head of the Institute on numerous occasions. As per ONGC's HR Policy, employees who have completed 5 years of continuous service in ONGC are entitled to gratuity. In my case, I have already completed 14 years and 7 months of service in ONGC. Management has settled my PF dues and PRBS (Post Retirement Benefit Scheme). However, to date, they have not settled my Composite Social Security Scheme and Gratuity Perks. I would appreciate some valuable guidance regarding HR matters.
